How do I know how many boxes to order?

Each product page includes a square footage calculator — simply enter the sqft you need and it will calculate the number of boxes required based on that product’s coverage.

You can also adjust the quantity manually if preferred.

Do you offer samples?

Yes! Samples are available for nearly every product.

You can select the “Sample” option on the product page to order a small cut piece and preview the color and texture before placing a full order.

Will the color look exactly like the photos?

We use high-quality product photography and real installation images, but lighting and screen settings can affect color perception.

Ordering a sample is always the most accurate way to preview the product in your space.

What types of flooring do you offer?

We offer a curated selection of Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) and Engineered Hardwood from trusted brands including MSI Surfaces, Lion’s Floor, and SK Flooring. Each collection is hand-selected for durability, design, and performance.

Are your products from real manufacturers?

Yes. We are authorized partners for brands like MSI Surfaces, Lion’s Floor, and SK Flooring. All products are authentic, backed by full manufacturer warranties.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes — we deliver anywhere in the United States using a mix of freight carriers for full-box orders and UPS/ground shipping for samples and small items.

How are samples shipped?

Samples ship via small-parcel carriers like UPS and typically arrive in 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

How are full flooring orders delivered?

Full-box orders ship via freight. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.

Please note: Freight deliveries are typically curbside due to pallet size and weight.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times vary by warehouse location and your shipping address. Most orders arrive within:

  • 3–7 business days for samples
  • 5–12 business days for full-box freight orders

    You will receive tracking updates as soon as your order ships.
Can I ship to a job site or business?

Yes — we can deliver directly to homes, job sites, commercial buildings, or warehouses.

If the location has special access requirements, just let us know at checkout.

Unopened boxes can typically be returned within 30 days, but policies vary by brand.

Do you offer installation services?

We do not offer installation directly, but we can recommend best practices and connect you with resources to help you find verified installers in your area.

Can I install LVP over existing floors?

In many cases, yes. LVP can often be installed over tile, vinyl, or wood if the subfloor is clean, level, and dry.

Always review the manufacturer’s installation guidelines for your specific product.

Do I need underlayment?

Many LVP products include an attached underlayment, while hardwood products may require additional underlayment or moisture barriers.

Product pages specify if underlayment is required.

What tools do I need for installation?

Typical tools include:
