• For occasional cleaning, use a damp mop with a neutral-pH vinyl floor cleaner. Avoid detergent soaps, wax, oil-based cleaners or polish.
• Never pour water directly onto the floor or use excessive wet mopping—dry the surface immediately.
• Do not use steam mops, high-speed buffers, harsh chemicals or scrubbing machines.
• Use doormats at entryways, felt protectors under furniture legs, and avoid dragging heavy furniture across the floor.
• Clean up spills promptly to avoid staining or seepage into seams.
• Recommended for busy homes, waterproof installations (kitchen, bath, basement) when installed per guidelines.

Warranty Summary:
MSI warrants that Acclima™ Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring will be free from manufacturing defects and will not wear through the decorative layer under normal use for the term listed in the product’s specification sheet. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

Coverage Includes:
Wear-through, staining, and fading during normal use in approved environments.

Exclusions:
Improper installation, moisture damage, exposure to extreme temperatures, and physical abuse.

Residential: 25-Year Limited
Light Commercial: 10-Year Limited
