• Sweep, dust-mop or vacuum regularly (use the hard-surface setting) to remove grit and debris.
• For occasional cleaning, use a damp mop with a neutral-pH vinyl floor cleaner. Avoid detergent soaps, wax, oil-based cleaners or polish.
• Never pour water directly onto the floor or use excessive wet mopping—dry the surface immediately.
• Do not use steam mops, high-speed buffers, harsh chemicals or scrubbing machines.
• Use doormats at entryways, felt protectors under furniture legs, and avoid dragging heavy furniture across the floor.
• Clean up spills promptly to avoid staining or seepage into seams.
• Recommended for busy homes, waterproof installations (kitchen, bath, basement) when installed per guidelines.

Warranty Summary:
MSI warrants that McCarran™ Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring will be free from manufacturing defects and that the wear layer will not wear through under normal residential use for the lifetime of the floor. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

Coverage Includes:
Wear-through, staining, and fading protection for approved residential and commercial installations.

Exclusions:
Improper installation, moisture damage, misuse, exposure to extreme temperatures or sunlight, and damage caused by furniture or rolling loads.

Light Commercial: 15-Year Limited
