• Sweep, dust-mop or vacuum regularly (use the hard-surface setting) to remove grit and debris.
• For occasional cleaning, use a damp mop with a neutral-pH vinyl floor cleaner. Avoid detergent soaps, wax, oil-based cleaners or polish.
• Never pour water directly onto the floor or use excessive wet mopping—dry the surface immediately.
• Do not use steam mops, high-speed buffers, harsh chemicals or scrubbing machines.
• Use doormats at entryways, felt protectors under furniture legs, and avoid dragging heavy furniture across the floor.
• Clean up spills promptly to avoid staining or seepage into seams.
• Recommended for busy homes, waterproof installations (kitchen, bath, basement) when installed per guidelines.

Warranty Summary:
MSI warrants that Ladson™ Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring will be free from manufacturing defects and that the wear layer will not wear through under normal residential use for the lifetime of the product. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Coverage Includes:
Protection against wear-through, staining, and fading during normal use in approved residential and light commercial environments.

Exclusions:
Improper installation, moisture damage, exposure to excessive heat or direct sunlight, misuse, abuse, or installation on stairs and non-recommended surfaces.
