• Sweep or vacuum with a soft-bristle broom regularly to remove loose dirt and particles.
• Clean periodically with a pH-neutral vinyl floor cleanser for general use; use a diluted isopropyl alcohol + distilled water solution for tougher spots (spot test first).
• Use area rugs/mats inside & outside entrances; use breathable rug pads under throw rugs; felt pads under furniture legs; avoid rubber-back mats that may stain.
• Do not use wax, oil-based polish, vinegar full-strength, steam mops, or let water stand on the floor.
• Avoid walking in high-cleat shoes, dragging heavy furniture, using rubber-wheel casters, or exposing the floor to extreme impacts that could void the warranty.
• Clean spills immediately; maintain protective practices in high traffic zones such as kitchens or bathrooms.

Warranty Summary:
Lions Floor warrants that District Max™ Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring will be free from manufacturing defects and that the wear layer will not wear through under normal residential use for the term stated below. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Coverage Includes:
Resistance to wear-through of the decorative layer and fading due to normal indoor lighting or sunlight, when properly installed and maintained in accordance with Lions Floor installation instructions.

Exclusions:
Improper installation; use with unapproved adhesives or sub-floors; exposure to standing water, flooding or appliance/ plumbing leaks; damage from heavy rolling furniture or rubber tires; installation on stairs; indentations or scratches from misuse; color variation or gloss reduction alone are not considered wear.

Warranty Periods:
Residential: 20-Year Limited
Commercial / Light Commercial: 10-Year Limited
