• Use entrance mats and breathable rug pads, avoid carpets/rugs with rubber or vinyl backing (which can trap moisture or cause discoloration).
• Furniture should have felt pads or rubber casters; chair wheels should be rubber – not hard plastic. Keep pet nails trimmed.
• For SPC vinyl lines: sweep regularly, mop with well-wrung damp mop, avoid soaking the floor or leaving standing water.
• Avoid extreme temperatures (e.g., above 140 °F or below 32 °F) for SPC installations.
• Clean spills immediately, maintain sub-floor and proper installation to support the warranty.

Warranty Summary:
SK Flooring warrants that its flooring products will be free from manufacturing defects and that the surface finish will not wear through under normal residential use for the stated warranty period. This limit applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Coverage Includes:
Protection against finish wear-through under normal residential conditions when installed and maintained properly.

Exclusions:
Improper installation; abuse, misuse or neglect; sub-floor movement; exposure to excessive heat or sunlight; reduction of gloss or sheen alone; visible defects apparent after installation; and consequential or incidental damages.
