• Never pour water directly onto the floor or use excessive wet mopping—dry the surface immediately.
• Do not use steam mops, high-speed buffers, harsh chemicals or scrubbing machines.
• Use doormats at entryways, felt protectors under furniture legs, and avoid dragging heavy furniture across the floor.
• Clean up spills promptly to avoid staining or seepage into seams.
• Recommended for busy homes, waterproof installations (kitchen, bath, basement) when installed per guidelines.

Warranty Summary:
MSI warrants that Smithcliffs™ Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring will be free from manufacturing defects and that the wear layer will not wear through under normal use for the lifetime of residential installations. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and covers approved environments only.

Coverage Includes:
Protection against wear-through, staining, and fading during normal residential and commercial use.

Exclusions:
Improper installation, exposure to water damage, excessive sunlight or temperature, misuse, neglect, or surface abuse.
