• Sweep, dust-mop or vacuum regularly (use the hard-surface setting) to remove grit and debris.
• For occasional cleaning, use a damp mop with a neutral-pH vinyl floor cleaner. Avoid detergent soaps, wax, oil-based cleaners or polish.
• Never pour water directly onto the floor or use excessive wet mopping—dry the surface immediately.
• Do not use steam mops, high-speed buffers, harsh chemicals or scrubbing machines.
• Use doormats at entryways, felt protectors under furniture legs, and avoid dragging heavy furniture across the floor.
• Clean up spills promptly to avoid staining or seepage into seams.
• Recommended for busy homes, waterproof installations (kitchen, bath, basement) when installed per guidelines.

Warranty Summary:
MSI warrants that Woodhills™ Waterproof Hardwood flooring will be free from manufacturing defects and that the surface finish will not wear through or peel under normal residential use for 25 years from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Coverage Includes:
Protection against wear-through, delamination, and finish defects under normal residential conditions.

Exclusions:
Improper installation, excessive moisture or humidity, subfloor movement, improper cleaning methods, and physical damage from heavy impact or furniture.
